The Caravan is set in 6 acres of working croft land, overlooking Scapa Flow, the
Churchill barriers and the uninhabited island of Copinsay. Depending on what
time of year you come there will be newborn lambs, baby chicks and ducks. The
Caravan sleeps 4 - 6 people in one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with an
extra pull down small bunk. The living room can sleep 2 people.
Kitchen has crockery, cutlery, and all utensils, microwave, toaster, gas cooker.
Fridge with freezer compartment, iron and ironing board.
Lounge with colour TV with iPod dock, Freeview box, video & DVD, Stereo/CD,
pull down double bed, electric fire. Books, games, CDs, videos. Seated dining
area.
Bathroom with sink, shower room, WC.
Bedroom 1 has double bed, wardrobe, electric radiator, hairdryer etc. Cot if
required.
Bedroom 2 - Twin room with small pull down extra bunk, wardrobe and electric
radiator.
The Caravan also has an outdoor barbecue, outdoor washing line and
parking area.
Prices include towels (not beach towels), linen for kitchen, and bed linen.
Electricity is extra by use of a £1 coin meter.
Gas is paid for by a gas meter which takes tickets available from the main
house.
Large decking area with table and chairs.
On the bus route.
No smoking indoors.
Pets are most welcome
but are not allowed on the
furniture;
Owners must bring their
own drinking bowls, food
bowls, and pet beds.
All dog messes must be
picked up (bags are
provided) and placed in
the appropriate bin.
A charge of £10 per week
per pet will be made to
cover the extra cleaning
time needed after pets
have been to stay.
